Vintage Handpainted Mint Sauce Jug & Saucer - Devon?

A handpainted slipware mint sauce jug and saucer in yellow, brown and green streaks, possibly post war Devon ware. I have had other items in this pattern before and if memory serves they were, apart from a painter's mark, also unmarked. Still, the set has a simple charm. Both items are lightly crazed and there is a tiny chip on the base of the jug, invisible in normal use.

Overall Size: 16.5cm x 12cm x 8cm(h)

Vintage Handpainted Shape 666 Vase TZ Pattern - E.Radford

Small vase in off white with faint pink hues and handpainted in the TZ design. The shape, I think, is 666 if the dot by the number means the bottom, if not, it's 999!  A couple of light surface marks but in very good condition otherwise.

All measurements approximate: 8cm x 10cm (d)

Vintage Hand Coloured Sol Ware Dessert Bowl w/Fuchsias? - JG Meakin 391413

Vintage dessert bowl by J & G Meakin from the Solware range, reg'd design 391413. This one is hand coloured and appears to be of yellow, orange & black fuchsias with a black rim. The Sol range was produced between 1918 & 1963 with many different patterns and colourways so dating is not accurate but judging by the style & colouring I would guess at around 1930- 1950. The colours are good and bright although there has been a little flaking in a couple of areas, the line transfers a little faded too but overall in excellent condition.

16cm x 3.5cm

Hand Decorated Marmalade Pot

Very nice marmalade pot, hand painted with reddish brown and brown streaks around the pot and the slotted lid with "Marmalade" written diagonally across one side. Unusually, for marmalade, the lid has a bee shaped finial - something you'd associate more with honey, I guess, but who's complaining. There is a large "A" on the base but no other mark. It has elements of Babbacombe/Toni Raymond but could just as easily be foreign. In excellent condition.
12cm x 9.5cm

Vintage Handpainted Blue Vase - Dragon Pottery Rhayader

Mid-sized vase by the popular and highly collectable Dragon Pottery of Rhayader, Wales. This is in the less common blue colouring. It is crazed, as is fairly usual, but someone has stood a pink felt-tip pen inside it and the stain has spread through the crazing and the base resulting in a penny sized pink smudge on the underside as well as a stain inside. Can't see it in normal usage though but it may indicate that it won't be that good at holding water. Dried flowers only!

11.5cm x 9cm
