Vintage Handpainted Sugar Bowl - Enoch Boulton?



I'm slightly puzzled by this having never encountered one before. On the base of this simple sugar bowl decorated with blue leaves and little raised dots is "Hand Painted by Bo....." I haven't quite worked it out but it could be "Boulton". Enoch Boulton? But when? There's no clue even to the manufacturer or age so I cannot guarantee anything! Please refer to the photos, which are enhanced. If you need any more inf, please contact me. One small chip on the base but otherwise in excellent condition.
