Vintage Colour Guide to Compton Acres, Poole

Very much in the style and design of the Pitkin Pictorial range this appears to be an independently published official guide to the gardens of Compton Acres in Poole, Dorset. Judging by the telephone numbers used in the book and the advert on the back inside cover it would appear to date from the early 1970s, although considerable portions of the text appear more dated. Regardless, it is fully illustrated with many colour and b & w pictures and is in very good condition with only very light wear.

Titled "Bruges, City of Art", it is in English and contains 126 pages of text and black and white of the sights and attractions of the medieval city with many contemporary advertisements. It is the sixth edition, published in 1961. It is in very good condition with only a little age related wear to the edges and corners
