Black & White Budget was a weekly news magazine from the late Victorian era that reported, in the jingoistic manner of the time, on the Boer War and other conflicts of the era. This one is post Mafeking and also reports on the Boxer Rebellion as well. It is 32 pages and has quite a few photos and illustrations. The covers are a little flaky and grubby but the pages are by and large clear and fairly bright.
