owl carved from block of very hard dark wood. Nice looking little
object although there is a small crack across the tail that looks as
though it's original. Additionally there is a small chunk of tail
missing but it is difficult to see whether this was an original fault or
happened at a later date. It doesn't
affect the look or the way the owl stands.
