Pair of Vintage Autumn Themed Salt & Pepper Pots

A pair of retro salt & pepper pots with an autumn leaves theme in reds & browns. In very good condition although the stoppers, while good on the outside, show signs of having been prised out. Nice 70s look though.

Vintage 1950s/1960s Campagnolo Band On Down Tube Shifters

This pair of down tube shifters was purchased by my father several years ago while converting his taylor made 1950s Les Ephgrave built cycle to a "double clanger" but never used. Dad sadly passed away recently and I came across them in his shed. They have the less common domed locking nut on each side, engraved with "Brev Inter Campagnolo". The band is a little off-centre but I think this will probably right itself when tightened. Everything else seems to be in good order. Whether the cables are original, I don't know.

Vintage Pair of Kitchen Storage Jars - Tea & Sugar

This is a pair of green kitchen storage jars with cork stoppers. They are in the shape of sacks, one for tea, the other for sugar. I am not sure who they are by but the labels on their bases state "Made in Portugal" so there is a chance they are by Secla. They are in excellent condition and it's possible they've never been used for their intended contents. Both cork stoppers will need replacing as they have deteriorated somewhat but these can be obtained in good cookshops.
Each 11cm x 11.5cm x 9.5cm

Pair of Vintage Green Stoneware Vases

This is a pair of green aerographed stoneware vases, flared at both ends. While they are ostensibly identical, one is slightly shorter with a slightly smaller base suggesting they are individually thrown rather than moulded. There is a small unglazed spot on the rim of the smaller one, too. The only marking is an impressed W on the base of each. The larger of the two has a few paint spatterings on it that can be removed. The coating, colour, style and moreover, feel, suggest they are of a good vintage, possibly 1920s although I am being deliberately vague and non-committal. A nice pair.

9.5cm x 6.5cm

Pair of Cobalt Blue Coffee Cups and Saucers - Martell Cognac

SOLD

A lovely pair of small - roughly demitasse sized - heavy porcelain coffee cups and saucers in deep cobalt blue with gold edging and bright white on the inside. Both cup and saucer are marked with the Martell Cognac name and logo on their undersides. There's no maker's name but they are very reminiscent of a range by Apilco of France and I would be happy to bet that they are. The cups are in excellent condition although there are a few small marks to the surfaces of the saucers but the deep colour hides these well.

Cup: 9cm across handle x 4.5cm
Saucer: 12cm

Pair of Vintage Candle Holders - Fruit - Royal Worcester Palissy

Pair of russet tinged candle holders from the Royale Collection Fruit by Royal Worcester Palissy. The backstamp I think is the pre-1974 version although I think they are 1970s vintge. They have been used and there is some slight wear to the gilding around the candle sockets but otherwise they are in very good condition and require only a wash and brush up.

6.5cm (h) x 8.5cm (each)
