Beautiful handpainted stoneware jug by Colin Kellam of Totnes. Lovely grey and red ochre leaf design on a grey and brown glossy glaze. Very nice piece indeed from this highly collectable potter.

Nice stoneware jug glazed in light grey with blue highlights and horizontal leaf design. The mark is, I think, for Colin Kellam although the marks have been infilled slightly and not all the details are visible. There is a similar mark, that of Isabel Denyer but there are other features, such as the shape of the handle and flare of the spout and rim that suggest Colin Kellam more. Many thanks to the other eBayer who advised! It's in excellent condition.
