Vintage Carved Wooden Rectangular Box

Very nice rectangular box with hinged lid. The lid has a rustic floral pattern carved into it and a bronze knob. It's a very dark wood, if it's stained the stain has gone very deep as the scratches and marks are also coloured. Quite sturdily made with four neoprene pads on the base. Some light scratching otherwise very good condition.

Large Wooden Fruit Bowl and Wooden Fruit - from Liberia

This originally came from Liberia and is a rather nice shovel shaped bowl with ten individual fruits and veg, all hand carved by local artisans. I'm not sure about the fruits - there is what appears to be an apple, a maize cob, a pineapple and other indistinct items but it is nevertheless charming and a great talking point. It is in excellent condition.

Carved Wooden Mask

Small hand carved wooden tribal mask. Unsure of the origin, possibly Pacific. Although small it is quite substantial and in no way flimsy. Overall condition is very good with no bits snapped off or major marks.

Small hand Carved Ebony Crocodile

Beautiful little carved ebony crocodile. And that's all there is to say. It's flat bottomed so can sit on a mantle or shelf but it's not heavy enough to be a paper weight. Lovely condition.

Hand Carved Horn Fish

Fish made from carved horn. Beautifully carved with scales and fins, added tail and dorsal fin. Red and black plastic eyes and red flock throat complete the effect. Mounted on a horn plinth and bar a few little surface marks consistent with age is in excellent condition.
