Small
cobalt blue plate with gold decoration, including the central image of a
courting couple after Fragonard. It has the original brass mount and
wire stand which does not appear ever to have been removed although the
stand has been bent around a bit (not least by me in an attempt to get
it to
stand in the correct position. However the decoration does not appear
to be damaged although as I am reluctant to remove it, I cannot
guarantee this. In all other respects it is in excellent condition.
