Excellent
tall earthenware milk jug with pewter lid. It has a salmon pink band
around the middle otherwise it's natural red earthenware with clear
glaze. The lid is more or less perfect; the hinge works well and is not
loose. The band around the rim is well secured and the knob on the top
has very little wear. Apart from some all over crazing
this is in exceptionally good condition. It is though unmarked so I
have no clue as to the maker.
