Small posy basket with twisted handle in grey and yellow drip glaze typicla of the West German producers of the 1950s and 60s. If you look at the base in the right light you can just about make out "915" and some lettering - I have seen similar on West German pieces and have no reason to suspect it's from anywhere else. It's in excellent condition.
